Why Use Us?

1. Transparency
We are extremely careful to ensure we are as transparent as possible. We will always ensure we hide nothing under the carpet and explain the fine print, catches and the limitations of each and every option and are happy to disclose what we earn from your case. We make it a habit to ensure the customer can see what we are doing during the process of advice and allow them to see our computer and always let them know how much we will earn from their case after all we have nothing to hide.


2. No False Promises
We are very conscious to ensure we make no false promises to the clients with respect to their case. We always warn them of any potential risks rather than wanting to pose a very rosy picture. Occasionally we have had clients who are comparing us with another adviser and want to know why we are highlighting some potential risks whereas the other advisors don't. We always tell them the potential risk is based on the market or the process itself and advisor, some chose to make false promises but we are happy to take the more difficult honest route. We have lost some clients because of this but are happy that we have made no compromise in the name of being more competitive.


3. Flexibility
We are happy to work around your schedule and needs. We are usually able to meet client either at their place or at our place. This can be in any of the 7 days of the week and we usually meet clients between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm - on appointment.

Being independent moadvisors, we have access to a very large panel of lenders and in some instances have exclusive deals with some lender. We are very confident that our rates are among the best you can get.


5. No Hard Selling / Pressure

We firmly believe a good product / service will only need to be introduced and clients will go for it without any hard selling. Additionally the fact that we deal in something as important as one's house we encourage clients to take time to think and make a well informed decision.



6. Complete Solutions
We are happy to give you complete solutions including your mortgage, life insurance, home insurance, refer a good solicitor and instruct surveyors, however if you would like to use your own sources for some of the services, we are happy to help you with the others and never hard sell / push anything to you. 9. Happy to Help
We are always happy to help wherever we can and do not restrict ourselves to just what is expected of a normal mortgage advisor. However we are careful to not advise in areas which we are not authorised, qualified or meant to advise in. But clients usually need help in some small things such as help in filling out the solicitor questionnaire, queries regarding the purchase process as such, etc.


10. Fee Free Service

We are able to offer most of our customers a fee free service and are happy to collect our revenue from the lenders / insurance providers. Should your case be complicated or not fall under our free service category.
